Hello all!

Sorry to create difficulties concerning the fact that my Greek is not that well yet, I am natively from Russia but live in Crete...still I would hope that there are some persons here that could help me through the process of not knowing if I have MS or not!

At the moment I am waiting for some results....

I am 22 yrs old and am having for some months difficulties with my eyes and some unexplainable feelings in my left leg. I am tired a lot and am hurting a lot for a some specific moments...These pains come and go...

I am afraid that my life will change if the results will be positive to MS!

Hi Anna agapi ! The fact that you are having all these "difficulties" with your eyes - unexplainable feelings in your left leg - tired a lot and you are hurting a lot for a some specific moments...
First of all : All these, general, are some symptoms...

-some of them are symptoms in people with MS...
-BUT there are many problems that cause symptoms similar to those of MS, including Lyme disease, a group of diseases known as collagen-vascular diseases, certain rare hereditary disorders, AIDS and many other neurological problems...

So, the doctor is the "expert" to make a diagnosis of MS... In order to make the diagnosis the doctor must use some "tools" as an MRI test, blood test, maybe an analysis of the cerebrospinal fluid and of cource your medical history....When the doctor "collects" all these data (the data that he thinks that is necessary for you) then is ready to make a diagnosis...or to make a "pre-diagnosis" in case that you have a clinicaly isolated syndrome...

So, don't worry....maybe it's "something" very simple problem...
In case that is MS ---I suggest to you to find a "good doctor" to explain to you the MS...
In case that is MS you must not forget that the point it is not what you have...but the way - the type and finally what is the probem that cause to you...and what is the way to help the problem or evn more to solve it.....It is not so bad the reality..

I hope to help you...Dimis...Ι wish you, that is not MS....I am waiting GOOD news...
